Several Principles of Deep Hole Welding Machine Design
Deep hole tube to plate welding machine is used for connecting the joint of air cooler tube box tube and tube plate. Its mechanism design should be based on the following principles:
1. The predetermined basic functions can be achieved, this is the basic requirement of the mechanism design. that is, the designed full-position deep hole tube to plate welding machine can perform specific actions according to design requirements, including all-position argon arc welding at a depth of 200mm through the M30×1.5 wire plug hole, the gun body is required to rise to a certain height after passing through the M30×1.5 wire plug hole, so that the gun head and the central axis of the pipe are kept a certain angle; Automatic wire filling can be achieved, this requires the wire feeding mechanism to rotate synchronously with the torch while rotating.
2. Non-interference principle. The deep hole tube to plate welding machine is different from the general tube to plate welding machine. Although they are common in some aspects, for example, they are used to weld tubes and tube sheets, and are driven by external power, etc., but the former is designed more complicated, because compared with the general tube to plate welding machine, the deep hole tube to plate welding machine completes the welding of the tube and the tube sheet joint in a narrow enclosed space, to complete the all position welding during the welding process, the torch of the welding torch cannot collide with the workpiece during the rotation.
3. Good sealing and insulation. As the welding of the tube and the tube plate uses the tungsten-polar argon arc welding method, the welding gun head is water-cooled series, the design of the welding gun is required to have a good water--air tightness, and the electrical conductivity is good, and the insulation is also ensured.
4. Economic principle. As we all know, good products do not necessarily represent advanced technology. On the one hand, because advanced technology generally leads to the rising cost of product, and on the other hand, because the local superiority does not represent the overall superiority. Therefore, when designing the full-position deep hole tube to plate welding machine, mature and popular technology should be selected as far as possible to ensure the reliability and relative advancement of the product; when selecting body materials, choose lightweight materials with low density on the basis of guaranteed strength.
