The welding control system is an automatic control operation software system carefully designed and developed by our professional technicians, adopting PLC controller, the power supply system of the equipment runs stably for a long time under the voltage of 380V±10% and 50HZ±1%, and has the function of fault display (Red indicator light is on).

The welding control system is an automatic control operation software system carefully designed and developed by our professional technicians, adopting PLC controller, the power supply system of the equipment runs stably for a long time under the voltage of 380V±10% and 50HZ±1%, and has the function of fault display (Red indicator light is on).

The PLC programmable control system adopts the Siemens brand, realizes the logical control of the system by combining with the control software independent developed by our factory. The controller is small in size, fast in response, strong in anti-interference ability, high in performance, large in reserve capacity, and can store 100 sets of welding process procedures. We have stored more than 30 welding processes according to the actual use of users, according to different welding methods, welding materials and other working conditions, and users only need to call up the content for immediate use. If needed, users can modify the corresponding parameters to meet the welding process requirements. Process input and modification are achieved through a seven-inch touch screen (color touch screen). Each welding parameter can be monitored in real time, and the welding position is dynamically displayed. Displayed as full Chinese content, human-machine interface dialogue. The electrical components (relay, transformer, switching power supply, motor driver, signal light, button) all adopt brand products, which greatly improves the reliability and life of the control system. The control system and welding power supply adopt integrated control design, which reduces the volume and weight of the equipment. The control button and switch position have light display and Chinese character mark. Data storage is provided with USB interface.
