The conventional welding rotator, or turning rolls absorbed advantages of advanced product both at home and abroad, designed and manufactured by us,it has the follwing features:

  • Adjustable of the open angle to suit different diameter of tanks.

Overview of the conventional turning rolls

The machine includes the following main items:

  • One active roller and one idle roller as standard, or more idle rollers as requirement.
  • Electric control box.
  • Foot pedal.
  • Remote control panel with 8m cables.
  • Wireless remote control panel. (Option)

Usage of the conventional turning rolls

 

1.Conventional Turning Rolls is used to weld, polish and assemble the vessel-shells

2.Composed of driving/power unit, idler unit, electric cabinet and manually controlled panel

3.Manual controlled panel with buttons makes operation much convenient

4.Distance between rollers can be adjusted to fit pipes/tanks with different diameters.

5.Frequency speed control is applied for the adjustment of roller speed.

6.Two steel rollers are used at both ends of rubber rollers to protect rubber rollers.

7.Rollers material could also be polyurethane or steel.
