widely used in industries as boiler, ship-building, pressure vessel, petro-chemical machinery

for welding of inner and outer longitudinal seams and circumferential seams.

3) The column and boom welding manipulator consist of light, standard, and heavy

type according to weight-bearing, effectively stretching and up/down stroke.

4) The column and boom welding manipulator is design for four different

structure type: Fixed type, fixed rotation type, fixed movable type and movable rotation type.

2. Automatic welding manipulator can be adopted with various welding power (Chinese or international famous brand) .

3. Stretching of cross boom adapts AC frequency converter stepless speed control and run with steady speed 

4. Head equipped with electric cross slides, can adjust position of welding .

5. Chain break-resistant and anti-slip device in boom to guarantee safety

6. Braking device can ensure column work in safe environment. 

7. Customized manipulator requirements are accepted.

8. Automatic flux feeding, recovering devices, wire feeder device, working platform and  chair ( Optional ).

Manipulator control system using digital control, easy operation, precise control, and other equipment to 

facilitate linkage control.

2.Customer-Oriented

According to customer requirements, it can be installed electrical extension unit inside telescopic arm 

operator's seat and safeguard ladders, but also supporting a variety of tracking and monitoring, arc o

scillation, transmission devices of flux recovery.

3.Type

Welding manipulator is divided into small, medium, heavy three types;

Four structural forms are fixed, fixed rotating, fixed mobile and mobile rotating.
